Which size fits your stop? The losing-trade ladder

Choose a plan, a stage, an instrument, a stop in points and a contract count.

Each ladder counts consecutive full-size losing trades from a fresh account until the drawdown room is used up. BluSky's evaluation tables list no daily loss limit, so nothing pauses you between losers — the whole run can happen in one session. The evaluation fails when the balance falls to the minimum at any time of day. On Launch and Propel Sim Funded the room is the starting balance minus the $100 minimum balance (ours). On Orbit Sim Funded the room is the stated Sim Funded drawdown.

Plan
Stage
Instrument (point values are CME contract specs, not BluSky figures)

Risk per losing trade: $50

How the count works: losses add up from a fresh account; the account fails on the trade that uses up the room (balance falls to the minimum).

Evaluation and Buffer Zone use the same absolute drawdown on Launch and Propel except Propel 300K (Buffer Zone $2,500 Static vs evaluation $5,000); if you fail the Buffer Zone you reset it from $250 and the evaluation still stands. No published daily loss limit on these tables — the Risk Team may still apply one on Sim Funded, and Volumetrica users may set their own; this ladder assumes none. Over the contract limit does not fail a BluSky evaluation, but BluSky may liquidate or restart an exploited account; the ladder still counts the losses and tags OVER CONTRACT LIMIT. On Launch and Propel Sim Funded the contract cap assumed here is the Sim Funded Accounts Rules table at the starting balance, including its micros (15 at $1,500, 35 at $3,500), not minis × 10 (item i). The Scaling article says most Sim Funded accounts start at 5 Minis / 50 Micros and that limits can fall with the balance.

Tags are a TradeDesk HQ rule of thumb, not a BluSky rule. TOO TIGHT: the room is used up within 5 losing trades. WORKABLE: used up on trade 6 to 9. COMFORTABLE: not used up before trade 10. OVER CONTRACT LIMIT: more contracts than that size allows on the chosen plan and stage.

Educational, not advice. The ladder ignores commissions and slippage (BluSky lists Minis $2/side and Micros $0.50/side on Rithmic, Volumetrica and Tradesea evaluations). Close all trades before 4:45PM ET. Confirm every figure on blusky.pro and help.blusky.pro before buying.

The short answer

BluSky Trading sells three futures families. Launch and Propel run three phases (evaluation, Buffer Zone, Sim Funded); Orbit runs two (evaluation, Sim Funded). Size sets the profit target, drawdown, contracts, payout caps and price; the family sets whether you pay a Launch fee, how tight consistency is, and how Sim Funded payouts unlock. No evaluation table and neither Orbit phase lists a daily loss limit, so the drawdown (and the $100 Sim Funded minimum balance on Launch and Propel) is the hard stop; a balance that falls to the minimum fails the evaluation at any time of day. Prices: Launch is a 30-day subscription plus a Launch fee due on pass; Propel is a higher 30-day subscription with BluSky's published code 30OFF and no Launch fee; Orbit is a one-time payment.

Key facts:

  • 25K (Propel only): $1,500 target, $-1,200 Trailing (EOD), 34% consistency, 2 Mini / 20 Micros in the Propel article (4 Mini / 40 Micros in the widget), $105 with 30OFF ($150 list).
  • 50K: Launch $3,000 / $-2,000 Trailing (EOD) / 50% / 5 Mini / 50 Micros / $59 + $99 Launch fee; Propel $3,000 / $-2,000 Trailing (EOD) / 34% / 5 Mini / 50 Micros / $112 with 30OFF; Orbit $3,000 / $-2,000 Trailing (EOD) / no eval consistency / 5 Mini / 50 Micros eval / $199 one-time.
  • 100K: Launch $6,000 / $-2,500 Trailing (EOD) / 50% / 10 Mini / 100 Micros / $69 + $149; Propel $6,000 / $-2,500 Trailing (EOD) / 34%; Orbit $6,000 / $-3,000 Trailing (EOD) / $299.
  • 150K: Propel $3,000 / $-1,000 Static / 34% / 1 Mini / 10 Micros / $119 with 30OFF; Orbit $9,000 / $-4,500 Trailing (EOD) / 15 Mini / 150 Micros eval / $419.
  • 200K: Launch $6,000 / $-2,000 Static / 50% / 2 Mini / 20 Micros / $79 + $179; Propel $6,000 / $-2,000 Static / 34%; Orbit $8,000 / $-3,000 Static / $419.
  • 300K (Propel only): $20,000 target, $-5,000 Static, 21% consistency (at least 5 profitable days, ours), 5 Mini / 50 Micros, $224 with 30OFF ($320 list).

Watch out:

  • Launch fee is due the moment you pass; unpaid in 14 days forfeits the passed evaluation.
  • Orbit's 30-day clock does not extend when you reset; resets on the 50K and 100K changed on 15 October 2026 to $129 and $199.
  • Launch consistency: help article 50% vs pricing widget 55% on 16 October 2026 (item h).
  • Propel payout minimum $250 in the Propel article vs $500 in the Sim Funded Accounts Rules (item a).
  • Propel 25K contracts: article 2 Mini / 20 Micros vs widget 4 Mini / 40 Micros (item d).
  • Propel 300K Buffer Zone drawdown is $-2,500 Static (evaluation is $-5,000 Static); largest Buffer day $735.
  • Sim Funded Launch/Propel contract caps differ between the Buffer Zone table and the Rules balance table (item i); the dashboard wins.
  • Trailing end-of-day still fails you if the balance falls to the minimum during the session.
  • Risk Team may apply a daily loss limit on Sim Funded; Volumetrica users may set their own. Close by 4:45PM ET.

Pick Propel 25K if you want the smallest BluSky size and can work with 2 Mini / 20 Micros (article) or confirm the widget's 4 Mini / 40 Micros with support.

Pick Launch 50K if you want the lowest headline subscription ($59) and will pay the $99 Launch fee only after you pass.

Pick Propel 50K if you want the same $3,000 / $2,000 trailing shape as Launch 50K without a Launch fee, at $112 with code 30OFF.

Pick Orbit 50K if you want a one-time $199 evaluation with no consistency rule and can pass in a single day.

Pick Launch 100K if you want 10 Mini / 100 Micros on a subscription path with a $6,000 target and $-2,500 Trailing (EOD).

Pick Orbit 150K if you want the largest Orbit evaluation contracts (15 Mini / 150 Micros) and a $9,000 target.

Pick Propel 300K if you want the $20,000 target and $-5,000 Static drawdown and accept 21% consistency (5 profitable days, ours).

Pick Orbit vs Launch if pick Orbit when you want one payment and no Buffer Zone; pick Launch when you want the cheapest entry and will clear a 34% Buffer Zone after the evaluation.

Full summary

BluSky Trading sells three futures evaluation families. Launch (50K, 100K and 200K) and Propel (25K to 300K) run three phases: an evaluation, a Buffer Zone and a Sim Funded account. Orbit (50K, 100K, 150K and 200K) has two phases, an evaluation and a Sim Funded account. On the 50K Launch plan the profit target is $3,000, the drawdown is $2,000 trailing at end of day, there is no daily loss limit, consistency is 50% and the limit is 5 Mini / 50 Micros. The pricing widget shows $59 / 30 Days + $99 Launch fee due when you pass. Propel has no launch fee but a higher subscription, and Orbit is a one-time payment valid for 30 days. After the Buffer Zone, Sim Funded payouts need a $500 minimum, are capped at $2,500 in any rolling 7 days on a 50K, and are split 90% Trader / 10% BluSky. Every figure is copied from blusky.pro and BluSky's help center as read on 15 October 2026 and checked again on 16 October 2026; where BluSky's own pages disagree we show both.

Plain-language terms

Buffer ZoneThe middle Launch/Propel phase after the evaluation and before Sim Funded; its own profit target and consistency rule. Drawdown matches the evaluation on every size except Propel 300K (Buffer Zone $-2,500 Static vs evaluation $-5,000 Static).
Launch feeOne-off fee on Launch plans only ($99 / $149 / $179), due when you pass; 14 days to pay or the passed evaluation is forfeited.
Sim Funded starting balance (buffer)On Launch and Propel, the non-withdrawable starting balance of the Sim Funded account; payouts come from the balance above it. Orbit Sim Funded starts at the full account size.
Trailing (EOD) vs Static drawdownTrailing: the minimum rises with your highest end-of-day balance and never falls. Static: a fixed dollar loss limit from the start. BluSky's tables often print a leading minus ($-2,000).
Consistency ruleLargest single profitable day ÷ sum of profitable days (losing days left out). Being out of consistency does not fail the account; it is checked on a pass or payout.
Payout minimum$500 under the Sim Funded Accounts Rules (effective October 1, 2026); the Propel article still lists $250 (item a).
Rolling 7-day payout capMost you may withdraw in any rolling 7-day window; differs by size and is lower on Orbit than on Launch/Propel at the same size.
Brokerage ReviewTriggered at $10,000 total profit on a Sim Funded account; leads to Go Live or a one-time buyout.
Go Live / buyoutGo Live: Live Brokerage starts at $0 with a size-based drawdown and eligible profits in a Bonus Vault. Buyout: 50% of the applicable drawdown in cash ($1,000 on a 50K with a $2,000 drawdown).
Bonus VaultWhere eligible Sim Funded profits go on a Go Live transition under the October 1, 2026 rules.
Risk Team daily loss limitNot on the evaluation tables; the Sim Funded rules say the Risk Team may apply daily loss limits, and Volumetrica users may set their own.
Reset vs free renewal resetA paid evaluation reset. On Launch/Propel a renewal on a failed account includes a free reset; Orbit has no renewals and a reset does not extend the 30-day window.
Orbit 30-day windowAn Orbit evaluation is valid for 30 days from purchase; nothing renews and a reset does not extend that clock.
Minimum balanceThe floor that fails an evaluation when your balance falls to it at any point; on a 50K trailing plan it starts at $48,000. Launch/Propel Sim Funded tables also list a $100 minimum balance.
Pages differA tag meaning two official BluSky pages give different figures for the same thing; see the lettered list in Where BluSky's own pages differ.
OursTradeDesk HQ arithmetic from BluSky's published figures (ratios, floors, day counts, ladder tags), not a figure BluSky prints.

Tags: SAME = identical in every column of that table. By size = the figure changes with the account size. By plan = the plan families differ. Pages differ = official BluSky pages give different figures; see the lettered item. Ours = TradeDesk HQ arithmetic from BluSky's figures, not a BluSky figure. Launch / Propel (3 phases) = Launch (50K, 100K, 200K) and Propel (25K to 300K): evaluation, Buffer Zone, then Sim Funded; Orbit (2 phases) = Orbit (50K, 100K, 150K, 200K): evaluation then Sim Funded, one-time payment valid 30 days.

Where these figures come from

All figures come from blusky.pro (the pricing widget on the home page) and BluSky's help center at help.blusky.pro, which blusky.pro links to, read in English on 15 October 2026 and fetched again on 16 October 2026. The plan articles for Launch (updated 1 October 2026), Propel (updated 11 September 2026) and Orbit (updated 15 October 2026; it was 12 August 2026 on our first read) are the main sources, with the Sim Funded Accounts Rules article (effective October 1, 2026, updated 8 October 2026) for payouts and the Resets article (updated 15 October 2026) for evaluation reset prices. BluSky's evaluation tables print drawdowns with a leading minus ($-2,000 Trailing (EOD) on the 50K); its Propel Buffer Zone table prints the same 50K figure as $2,000 Trailing (EOD), and the Evaluation Rules article describes the 50K as trailing by $2000, so we treat the minus as BluSky's way of writing a loss limit, not a different figure. Older help articles call the Buffer Zone BluLive/Buffer, and the Evaluation Rules article calls Propel plans Propel Premium and Static Evaluations. Instant Funding (Direct to Funded and Instant Sim Funded) and the Stocks plans are not covered. Where two BluSky pages give different figures for the same thing we say so below rather than pick one.

What this means for you: Every BluSky figure here comes from blusky.pro or help.blusky.pro, re-checked on 16 October 2026; anything we worked out ourselves is tagged Ours.

Launch: evaluation, Buffer Zone and Sim Funded

Launch plans are billed every 30 days while you are in the evaluation, and the subscription renews at the price you paid, discount included. The pricing widget shows $59 for the 50K, $69 for the 100K and $79 for the 200K per 30 Days. A one-off Launch fee falls due the moment you pass the evaluation: $99 on the 50K, $149 on the 100K and $179 on the 200K. You have 14 days to pay it from the Billing section; if it is not paid by the due date, the account expires immediately and the passed evaluation is lost. In the evaluation the 50K needs a $3,000 profit target with a $-2,000 Trailing (EOD) drawdown, the 100K $6,000 with $-2,500 Trailing (EOD), and the 200K $6,000 with a $-2,000 Static drawdown. There is no daily loss limit. Consistency is 50% in the Launch plan article (largest single day $1,500 on the 50K, $3,000 on the 100K and 200K), while the pricing widget on 16 October 2026 showed 55% for the same Launch sizes; we use the plan article and flag the widget below. BluSky says the 50% target cannot be reached in fewer than 2 profitable days. The Buffer Zone has a $3,000 profit target and 34% consistency on the 50K (largest single day $1,020), $3,500 and 34% on the 100K ($1,190), and $3,000 and 34% on the 200K ($1,020), with the same drawdown and no daily loss limit. If you fail it you reset the Buffer Zone on its own and your evaluation still stands; Buffer Zone resets are $250 each for the first three, then $300 for resets four to six and $350 for seven to nine. A Launch evaluation reset costs $49 on the 50K, $59 on the 100K and $69 on the 200K; a renewal on a failed account includes a free reset, applied within an hour of the payment clearing, and a reset never moves your renewal date. The subscription stops once you pass, and nothing is charged during the Buffer Zone or once you are Sim Funded. The Launch Sim Funded tables list a $100 minimum balance beside the starting balance; room above that floor on a fresh 50K is $3,000 − $100 = $2,900 (ours). First-month cash outlay if you pass is $59 + $99 = $158 on the 50K, $69 + $149 = $218 on the 100K and $79 + $179 = $258 on the 200K (ours).

What this means for you: Launch is the cheap subscription path: pay the Launch fee only when you pass, keep largest days at 50% of profitable days, then clear a 34% Buffer Zone before Sim Funded.

Propel: no launch fee, six sizes

Propel runs the same three phases with no launch fee at any point; the subscription is higher instead. The pricing widget shows the 50K at $112 per 30 Days with $160 struck through and the label USE CODE: 30OFF; the other sizes are in the table. Evaluation targets run from $1,500 on the 25K to $20,000 on the 300K. The 25K, 50K and 100K use an end-of-day trailing drawdown, while the 150K, 200K and 300K use a static drawdown ($-1,000 Static, $-2,000 Static and $-5,000 Static). Consistency is 34% on the 25K to 200K (largest single days $510, $1,020, $2,040, $1,020, $2,040) and 21% on the 300K (largest single day $4,200). BluSky's plan article ties the "cannot be reached in fewer than 3 profitable days" line to the 34% rule; at 21% the 300K needs at least 5 profitable days (ours). There is no daily loss limit in the evaluation. A Propel evaluation reset is $79 on every size. Buffer Zone resets follow the same $250, $300, $350 ladder, and if your Buffer Zone had already passed into Sim Funded, a reset is $500. The Propel Sim Funded account starts at $1,500, $3,000, $3,500, $2,000, $3,000 and $3,500 from the 25K to the 300K, each with a $100 minimum balance in the plan table. On 16 October 2026 the pricing widget still showed USE CODE: 30OFF on Propel only (struck list prices $150/$160/$220/$170/$270/$320, code prices $105/$112/$154/$119/$189/$224). The Propel Buffer Zone table (and the pricing widget) print the 300K Buffer Zone as a $3,500 profit target with a $-2,500 Static drawdown and 21% consistency (largest single day $735) — not the evaluation's $-5,000 Static. The Buffer Zone article also says Keep the balance over $149,200 on the Static Growth $150K, which is an $800 floor from $150,000, while the Propel evaluation table prints $-1,000 Static on the 150K.

What this means for you: Propel skips the Launch fee, uses 34% consistency (21% on 300K) and six sizes from 25K to 300K; trailing drawdowns on 25K–100K and static on 150K–300K.

Orbit: two phases, one-time payment

An Orbit plan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: the evaluation is valid for 30 days from purchase, nothing renews, and a reset does not extend that window, so there is no free reset to wait for. The pricing widget shows $199 for the 50K, $299 for the 100K and $419 for the 150K and 200K, as a 1-time payment. There is no launch fee on any Orbit plan, and no daily loss limit in either phase. There is no consistency rule in the Orbit evaluation, which is why BluSky says it can be passed in a single day. The 50K needs $3,000 with a $-2,000 Trailing (EOD) drawdown and 5 Mini / 50 Micros; once funded the 50K limit drops to 2 Mini / 20 Micros. The Orbit Sim Funded account opens at the full account size ($50,000 on the 50K, $100,000 on the 100K, $150,000 on the 150K and $200,000 on the 200K). Its drawdown of $2,000 on the 50K trails your closed daily profit and locks at the starting balance once your lifetime net profit matches it. Payouts unlock above $52,000 on the 50K, with a $500 payout minimum, a 7-day payout cap of $2,000 and a 40% consistency rule that resets after each processed payout. Orbit evaluation resets, updated in the Orbit and Resets articles on 15 October 2026, are $129 on the 50K, $199 on the 100K and $279 on the 150K and 200K (they were $99 and $109 on the 50K and 100K when we first read the pages on 15 October 2026).

What this means for you: Orbit is a one-time 30-day evaluation with no consistency rule and no Buffer Zone; funded payouts unlock above a balance threshold with a 40% consistency check.

How BluSky counts consistency

BluSky compares your largest single profitable day with the sum of your profitable days, leaving losing days out. Its example week: $1,000 on Monday, $900 on Tuesday, a $600 loss on Wednesday, then $900 on Thursday and $600 on Friday. The profitable days add up to $3,400, so the $1,000 day is 29.4% — inside the 50% Launch evaluation rule and the 34% Buffer Zone rule. Counting net profit instead ($2,800) would make it 35.7%. Being out of consistency does not fail your account: it is checked when you request a payout or try to pass a phase, and you fix it by trading on. The plan articles list no consistency figure for the Launch or Propel Sim Funded account; the older Evaluation Overview article says No Consistency.

What this means for you: BluSky's consistency math uses only profitable days; being out of consistency does not fail you — it blocks a pass or a payout until you trade on.

Sim Funded payouts and the move to Live Brokerage

BluSky describes the Sim Funded account as still simulated, but the profits are real and you can withdraw them. There is no profit target. The Sim Funded Accounts Rules, effective October 1, 2026, set a minimum payout request of $500 in whole dollars, and after each request you must generate at least $500 in new profit through normal trading before the next one. Payouts can be requested daily, Monday to Friday, on any balance above your starting balance; requests made before 11am ET are processed the same trading day (the Sim Funded Accounts Rules say they may be processed anytime that same business day). Payout caps run on a rolling 7-day window: $1,500 on the 25K, $2,500 on the 50K, $3,000 on the 100K, $1,500 on the 150K Static, $2,500 on the 200K Static and $3,000 on the 300K Static. The buffer (your Sim Funded starting balance) does not count toward the $10,000 Brokerage threshold and is not withdrawable. On a Launch 50K path the evaluation target, Buffer Zone target and first $500 payout minimum add up to $3,000 + $3,000 + $500 = $6,500 of profit before that first payout (ours); on an Orbit 50K, $3,000 evaluation plus about $2,500 to clear the $52,000 unlock with a $500 minimum is about $5,500 (ours). All payouts are 90% Trader / 10% BluSky unless changed by a Risk Team Review. While Sim Funded you must stop trading for the day once you are $5,000 up and for the week once you are $10,000 up. $10,000 in total profit per account = Brokerage Review, and payouts count toward it. For new transitions since October 1, 2026, an approved trader can Go Live, with the Live Brokerage account starting at $0, a drawdown based on the qualifying account size and eligible Sim Funded profits placed in a Bonus Vault, or take a one-time buyout equal to 50% of the applicable drawdown ($1,000 on a 50K with a $2,000 drawdown). You can hold up to 3 Sim Funded Accounts and any number of evaluations.

What this means for you: Sim Funded pays 90/10 with a $500 minimum and a rolling 7-day cap; $10,000 total profit per account triggers Brokerage Review for Go Live or a buyout.

Trading hours, news, contracts and commissions

The Evaluation Rules list only one way to fail an evaluation: the minimum balance. The same article says if your balance falls to your established end-of-day minimum balance at any point, the evaluation has failed. On the 50K it starts at 48K (trailing by $2,000), so the floor is $48,000, and it rises with your highest end-of-day balance: an end-of-day balance of $50,750 moves it to $48,750, and it does not move back down with losses. BluSky lists Trading news events at your own risk among things that don't fail your account, and using too many contracts does not fail you either, although BluSky may liquidate or restart an account that exploits it. BluSky recommends closing all trades before 4:45PM ET; its system auto-liquidates around 15 minutes before markets close, without a guarantee. Sim Funded contract limits are smaller than in the evaluation, and BluSky's own pages disagree on the numbers. The Buffer Zone article's Propel-named table lists Advanced $25K 2 minis / 20 micros, Premium $50K 5/50, Premium+ $100K 5/50, Static Growth $150K 2/20, Static Growth+ $200K 4/40 and Static Blu+ $300K 5/50. The newer Sim Funded Accounts Rules give a Contract Reference by Balance of $1,500 → 1 mini / 15 micros, $2,000 → 2/20, $3,000 → 3/30 and $3,500 → 3/35, plus a general initial band of Micros 15–30 and E-minis 1–3, and add that your actual contract limits are the limits displayed on your account. Our losing-trade ladder uses the Rules table at each plan's Sim Funded starting balance as an assumption (including the Rules micros 15 and 35, not minis × 10), and notes that the Scaling article says limits can fall with the balance. On Rithmic, Volumetrica and Tradesea evaluations, commissions are Minis: $2/side · Micros: $0.50/side. The Sim Funded rules also say the Risk Team may apply daily loss limits as an additional control, and Volumetrica users may set their own Daily Loss Limit.

What this means for you: The evaluation fails when your balance falls to the minimum at any time of day; news and too many contracts do not fail you, but BluSky may liquidate or restart an exploited account.

Copy trading and bots

BluSky's Multiple Accounts & Copy Trading article (updated 28 September 2026, read on 18 October 2026) shows Trade Copier Allowed: Yes on every plan and account type in BluSky's table, from Propel 25K and the Launch and Orbit plans to Direct 2 Funded, Sim Funded and Live Brokerage. You can hold any number of evaluation accounts, at most 3 funded accounts (Sim Funded, Instant Sim Funded or Direct to Funded) and 2 Live Brokerage accounts, and you cannot trade Sim Funded while you are in Live Brokerage. The same article says you cannot go long in one account and short in another under your user ID: the brokerage may permanently close your account, and BluSky cites CME Rule 534. BluSky's Ethical Trading & Conduct Policy (read on 18 October 2026) says copying trades from another trader, account, or signal provider is prohibited (Account Mirroring), and forbids using automated software (AI, ultra-high speed, bulk data entry) to unfairly influence outcomes. An older BluSky blog post from June 2024 says automated trading with bots is allowed, but we don't treat a two-year-old post as a current rule. In short: no current BluSky page gives a general verdict on trading bots; its Ethical Trading & Conduct Policy forbids automated software (AI, ultra-high speed, bulk data entry) used to unfairly influence outcomes, so confirm your setup with BluSky support.

What this means for you: Copy your own accounts on any BluSky plan, but never long in one and short in another; no current official bots verdict, so ask support.

Our arithmetic across sizes

These are TradeDesk HQ calculations from the BluSky figures above, not figures BluSky publishes. Profit target ÷ absolute drawdown on the evaluation: Launch 1.5, 2.4 and 3.0 (50K, 100K, 200K); Propel trailing 1.25, 1.5 and 2.4 (25K, 50K, 100K); Propel static 3.0, 3.0 and 4.0 (150K, 200K, 300K); Orbit 1.5, 2.0, 2.0 and 2.67 (50K, 100K, 150K, 200K). Launch 50% day thresholds: $1,500, $3,000 and $3,000. Propel 34% thresholds: $510, $1,020, $2,040, $1,020 and $2,040; 21% on the 300K: $4,200. Starting floors when the drawdown is trailing (balance minus the absolute drawdown): Launch $48,000 and $97,500; Propel $23,800, $48,000 and $97,500 on the trailing sizes; Orbit $48,000, $97,000 and $145,500 on the trailing sizes. On static sizes the Buffer Zone article's Keep-the-balance-over figures put Launch/Propel 200K at $198,000 and imply Orbit 200K at $197,000 (ours); the Propel 150K Buffer article figure $149,200 disagrees with the $-1,000 evaluation print (item j). None of the evaluation or Orbit tables list a daily loss limit, so from a fresh account the whole drawdown can go in one session; a floating loss that brings the balance to the minimum fails the evaluation at any time of day. Launch and Propel Sim Funded room above the $100 minimum balance on a fresh account: $1,400, $2,900, $3,400, $1,900, $2,900 and $3,400 from the Propel 25K through 300K starting balances, and $2,900, $3,400 and $2,900 on Launch 50K, 100K and 200K. Orbit Sim Funded locks after $2,000, $3,000, $4,500 and $3,000 of lifetime net profit. Minimum profitable days: Launch 2; Propel 3 on 34% sizes and 5 on the 300K at 21%; Orbit evaluation 1 (no consistency). First-month cost if you pass on day one: Launch 50K $158 ($59 + $99), Propel 50K $112 with code 30OFF ($160 list), Orbit 50K $199. Profit before a first payout path: Launch 50K about $6,500; Orbit 50K about $5,500. The losing-trade ladder at the top of this page uses point values of $2 per point on MNQ, $5 on MES, $20 on NQ and $50 on ES (CME contract specs, not BluSky figures), and its TOO TIGHT, WORKABLE and COMFORTABLE tags are a TradeDesk HQ rule of thumb: the room is used up within 5 losing trades, on trade 6 to 9, or not before trade 10. On Sim Funded Launch and Propel the ladder assumes the Sim Funded Accounts Rules contract table at the starting balance (1 mini at $1,500, 2 at $2,000, 3 at $3,000, 3 at $3,500).

What this means for you: Use these to compare sizes: target÷drawdown, room above the floor, days a consistency rule forces, and profit needed before a first payout; our arithmetic, not BluSky figures.

Where BluSky's own pages differ

(a) Propel payout minimum: the Propel article lists a $250 payout minimum for every size, while the Sim Funded Accounts Rules effective October 1, 2026, the Sim Funded Payouts article and the pricing widget give $500. (b) Profit between payouts: the Payouts article says all you need is one meaningful profitable day between payout requests, while the Sim Funded Accounts Rules and the Sim Funded Payouts article require at least $500 in new profit. (c) Orbit payout timing: the Orbit article and the pricing widget say payouts every three trading days, while the Orbit V2 payouts article says you can request daily withdrawals starting at a minimum of $500. (d) Propel 25K contracts: the Propel article says 2 Mini / 20 Micros; the pricing widget says 4 Mini / 40 Micros. (e) Orbit structure: the older Evaluation Overview article (31 July 2026) lists an Orbit Buffer phase with 50% consistency and no 150K; the newer Orbit article has two phases and a 150K. (f) Payout caps: the Orbit caps ($2,000 on the 50K) are lower than the Launch and Propel caps ($2,500 on the 50K), so do not mix the two tables. The Sim Funded Payouts article also lists a minimum balance of $53,000 for a $50,000 account, on a different basis from the plan articles' $3,000 starting balance. (g) Promo scope: BluSky's X post of 6 October 2026 offered 30OFF on Orbit and Propel, but on 15 and 16 October 2026 the pricing widget showed USE CODE: 30OFF only on Propel plans. (h) Launch consistency: the Launch plan article prints 50% on every size, while the pricing widget on 16 October 2026 showed evalConsistency 55 on the Launch 50K, 100K and 200K. We use the plan article. (i) Launch and Propel Sim Funded contracts: the Buffer Zone article's size table (2/20, 5/50, 5/50, 2/20, 4/40, 5/50 on the Propel names) disagrees with the Sim Funded Accounts Rules balance table ($1,500 → 1 mini / 15 micros, $2,000 → 2/20, $3,000 → 3/30, $3,500 → 3/35). The Scaling Contract Size article also says most Sim Funded accounts start with 5 Minis and 50 Micros and that the contract limit can decrease as the balance falls. BluSky says the limits displayed on your account win. (j) Propel 150K Buffer Zone floor: the Buffer Zone article says Keep the balance over $149,200 ($800 below $150,000), while the Propel evaluation table prints $-1,000 Static on the 150K.

What this means for you: Where BluSky's pages disagree, trust the newer rule article and the limits on your dashboard, and ask support before you buy.

FAQ

What are BluSky's Launch evaluation rules for 50K, 100K and 200K accounts?

Profit targets are $3,000, $6,000 and $6,000, with drawdowns of $-2,000 Trailing (EOD), $-2,500 Trailing (EOD) and $-2,000 Static. There is no daily loss limit, consistency is 50%, and contract limits are 5 Mini / 50 Micros, 10 Mini / 100 Micros and 2 Mini / 20 Micros. After the evaluation comes a Buffer Zone with a 34% consistency rule before the Sim Funded account. (per help.blusky.pro, checked )

Does BluSky charge a launch fee, and when is it due?

Only Launch plans do: $99 on the 50K, $149 on the 100K and $179 on the 200K, due the moment you pass the evaluation. You have 14 days to pay it from the Billing section; if it is unpaid, the account expires and the passed evaluation is forfeited. Propel and Orbit plans have no launch fee. (per help.blusky.pro, checked )

How does BluSky's consistency rule work?

BluSky divides your largest single profitable day by the sum of your profitable days, leaving losing days out. In its example the profitable days add up to $3,400, so a $1,000 day is 29.4%, inside the 50% Launch evaluation rule. Being out of consistency does not fail the account; it is checked when you request a payout or try to pass a phase. (per help.blusky.pro, checked )

What does a BluSky Sim Funded account need before a payout?

The minimum payout request is $500, paid from the balance above your starting balance, and after each request you need at least $500 in new profit before the next one. Payouts are available daily, up to a rolling 7-day cap of $2,500 on a 50K, and requests submitted before 11am ET may be processed that same business day. (per help.blusky.pro, checked )

Does BluSky have a daily loss limit?

The Launch and Propel evaluation tables list None for the daily loss limit, and Orbit has no daily loss limit in either phase. The Sim Funded rules say the Risk Team may apply daily loss limits as an additional control, and Volumetrica users may set their own Daily Loss Limit. (per help.blusky.pro, checked )
