Grey track = the largest figure on either plan (150K: $9,000 target, $4,500 drawdown and buffer, 7 minis), so bar lengths compare across the plan switch. Coloured bar = this size. ◆ marks a second figure on the same scale, named on each row; rows without ◆ have no matching figure on that plan. Prices are text, not bars (list prices before promo codes). Figures are Top One's, except the ratio tags and figures marked as ours. X-Ultra (limited release) is in the ladder and the tables below.

Which size fits your stop? The losing-trade ladder
Choose a plan, a stage, an instrument, a stop in points and a contract count.
Each ladder counts consecutive full-size losing trades from a fresh account until the account fails. On Elite Daily and funded Elite ACCESS the Daily Loss Limit pauses you for the day first, so the count runs over several sessions (rungs are grouped by day). The Elite ACCESS evaluation has no Daily Loss Limit, so the whole run can happen in one session. On X-Ultra the Daily Loss Limit is a hard breach, so it fails the account within the first day.
Risk per losing trade: $50
The ladder counts how many losing trades fit before the account fails; real fills can make the actual number differ.
How the count works: the trade that crosses a Daily Loss Limit is counted as flattened at the limit (Top One says the limit can fill late, early or at a different price), and the next losing trade starts a new day. The drawdown is checked at the close on Elite Daily (at or below the floor) and Elite ACCESS (below the floor); X-Ultra fails if the balance drops below it. Where a run ends exactly on the floor we count it as failed, although Elite ACCESS breaches only on a close below it. Funded figures are the start of the scaling plan with the funded drawdown; a run of losing trades never unlocks more contracts. Funded Elite ACCESS Intraday has the same dollar amounts, but its floor trails your highest equity including open trades, so a winner that reverses moves the floor up.
Tags are a TradeDesk HQ rule of thumb, not a Top One rule. TOO TIGHT: the account fails within 5 losing trades. WORKABLE: it fails on trade 6 to 9. COMFORTABLE: not before trade 10. OVER CONTRACT LIMIT: more contracts than that size allows on the chosen plan and stage (minis, or 10 micros per mini).
Educational, not advice. The ladder ignores commissions and slippage, although Top One's Daily Loss Limit counts commissions and fees, so real counts are usually lower. The Daily Loss Limit is a risk rule, not a stop loss: place your own hard stops. All open trades are auto-closed by 4:10 PM ET. Confirm every figure on help.toponefutures.com before buying.

The short answer
Top One Futures' homepage shows two evaluations in 25K, 50K, 100K and 150K. Its Launchpad page also listed the limited X-Ultra, but it shows that launch as closed on October 21, 2026, so the X-Ultra rules below are for accounts already bought. Size sets the profit target (6%), drawdown, Daily Loss Limit, contracts, payout caps and buffer; the plan sets how you pay, whether a Daily Loss Limit applies on the evaluation, the consistency rule and the payout conditions. On Elite Daily the Daily Loss Limit pauses your day well before the drawdown is used up (2 to 3 full-limit days, ours); on Elite ACCESS the evaluation has no Daily Loss Limit, so the drawdown is your only stop; on X-Ultra the Daily Loss Limit fails the account. Elite Daily and X-Ultra prices are card list prices before promo codes; the Elite ACCESS $39 is the help-center entry fee.
Key facts:
- 25K: $1,500 target, $1,000 drawdown, 1 mini / 10 micros; Elite Daily $500 Daily Loss Limit, $178/mo; Elite ACCESS $39 + $139 activation, funded Daily Loss Limit $500.
- 50K: $3,000 / $2,000 / 3 minis; Elite Daily $1,000 Daily Loss Limit, $218/mo, payouts up to $1,000 per request above a $2,500 buffer; Elite ACCESS $39 + $189 activation, up to $1,500 per payout once profit reaches $2,500 (buffer + $500).
- 100K: $6,000 / $3,000 / 5 minis; Elite Daily $1,250 Daily Loss Limit, $398/mo, funded drawdown $2,500; Elite ACCESS funded drawdown $3,000, $259 activation.
- 150K: $9,000 target; Elite Daily $4,500 drawdown and $1,850 Daily Loss Limit, $549/mo; Elite ACCESS $4,000 evaluation drawdown, funded Daily Loss Limit $1,750, $359 activation; 7 minis.
- X-Ultra 50K / 100K / 150K: 8% target equal to the drawdown ($4,000 / $8,000 / $12,000), hard-breach Daily Loss Limit $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,000, 5 / 10 / 15 minis, payouts up to $5,000 / $7,000 / $9,000 with no buffer.
Watch out:
- Elite Daily drawdown breaches when a day closes at or below the level; Elite ACCESS when a day closes below it; X-Ultra when your balance drops below it; the original Elite and the ACCESS Intraday funded account breach intraday.
- Funded 50K to 150K accounts restart lower (1 / 2 / 3 minis; 25K stays at 1) and scale with end-of-day profit; exceeding the limit can cost the profits or the payout.
- Elite Daily 40% rule: your best day can be at most $1,200 of a $3,000 target on 50K (ours); a bigger day does not fail you, it raises the total you need.
- Elite ACCESS 150K funded Daily Loss Limit: $1,750 in the help center, $1,850 on the homepage card.
- No trades 2 minutes before and after major high-impact news on funded Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS; all trades auto-close by 4:10 PM ET.
- Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS resets must be bought within 14 days of the breach, and coupons do not apply to reset fees.
- No DLL option (homepage toggle since Oct 19, 2026): Elite Daily without a Daily Loss Limit lists at $232 / $284 / $518 / $714 per month, and Elite ACCESS without a funded Daily Loss Limit costs $180 / $245 / $336 / $466 to activate; the drawdown still applies.
Pick 25K if you want the cheapest entry ($178/mo Elite Daily list or $39 + $139 activation on Elite ACCESS) and 1 mini / 10 micros is enough.
Pick 50K if you want the common $3,000 / $2,000 setup with up to 3 minis; Elite Daily adds a $1,000 Daily Loss Limit on the evaluation.
Pick 100K if you want 5 minis and a $1,500 per-request cap on Elite Daily; the target is 2.0× the drawdown (ours, against 1.5× on 25K and 50K) and the Elite Daily funded drawdown drops to $2,500.
Pick 150K if you want 7 minis and the largest payout caps; Elite ACCESS has a smaller $4,000 evaluation drawdown (target 2.25×, ours) against $4,500 on Elite Daily.
Pick Elite Daily if you want no activation fee, no set time limit, payouts every 24 hours and a Daily Loss Limit that pauses rather than fails you.
Pick Elite ACCESS if you want to pay $39 once, trade the evaluation without a Daily Loss Limit or consistency rule, and you accept 30 days and an activation fee after passing.
Pick X-Ultra if you want an 8% target with large payout caps and no buffer, and you accept that touching the Daily Loss Limit fails the account (limited release).

Where these figures come from
Every dollar amount and label in this guide is copied from Top One Futures' official help center at help.toponefutures.com (all 116 English Intercom articles, fetched directly on 15 October 2026 and fetched again on 16 October 2026, when no rule figure had changed) and from the plan cards on toponefutures.com and toponefutures.com/launchpad. No help article prices the Elite Daily or X-Ultra evaluations, so those prices come from the cards. Each card shows a struck-through list price next to a discounted price, for example $218 and $109 with code 30M on the 50K Elite Daily card; we quote the list price. The help center titles the plan Elite Daily V2 and the homepage card says Elite Daily; the rules on both match. Where two official pages disagree we say so below.
What this means for you: Every Top One figure here comes from help.toponefutures.com or the toponefutures.com plan cards, re-checked on 16 October 2026; anything we worked out ourselves is tagged Ours.
Which plan is which
Elite Daily is a monthly subscription with a Daily Loss Limit on the evaluation and funded account, a 40% consistency rule on the evaluation only, no activation fee and daily payouts. Elite ACCESS has a one-time entry fee of $39, 30 days to pass, no daily loss limit and no consistency rule on the evaluation, and an activation fee after passing. The Elite vs Elite ACCESS vs Elite Daily differences article lists Time to Pass as No set limit for Elite DAILY and the original Elite, and 30 Days for Elite ACCESS; Elite ACCESS needs a minimum of 1 trading day. Elite ACCESS Intraday is the same evaluation, but the funded account uses an intraday trailing drawdown and the activation fees are lower. X-Ultra is a Launchpad limited release: 1,500 accounts across all sizes, sales opened on October 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM CT (11:00 AM ET), sold out means sold out, and resets stay available afterwards; it has an 8% target, no activation fee and a Daily Loss Limit that is a hard breach. On October 19, 2026 Top One said on X that this is the last look at the X-Ultra account and that after that day it is off the board for good; its Launchpad page still listed X-Ultra as live when we checked that day and again on October 20, 2026, and on October 21, 2026 it shows the X-Ultra launch (LP-02) as closed. Top One did not say what changes for X-Ultra accounts already bought, so the X-Ultra rows below are the Launchpad card and help-center figures. The original Elite 1-step evaluation is fully documented in the help center, and the Elite vs Elite ACCESS vs Elite Daily differences article still names Elite as one of three distinct pathways, but it had no card on the homepage on 15 October 2026 and the help center does not publish its price. INSTANT Sim Funded, S2F Sim Pro and IGNITE Instant Funding skip the evaluation and are not covered here. Sizes are $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000; X-Ultra comes in $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000.
What this means for you: Elite Daily = monthly subscription with a Daily Loss Limit from day one and no activation fee; Elite ACCESS = $39 once, 30 days, no evaluation Daily Loss Limit, activation fee after passing.
Key rules on the 50K Elite Daily plan
On the 50K Elite Daily plan the profit target is $3,000 (6%), the Trailing Max Drawdown is $2,000, End of Day, and the Daily Loss Limit is $1,000 on both the evaluation and the funded account. The Consistency Rule is 40% on the evaluation; none on the funded account. There is no minimum day requirement, but the 40% Consistency Rule must still be respected: no single trading day may account for more than 40% of your total profit at the time of passing, so the fastest pass takes at least 3 trading days. Max Contracts are 3 Minis / 30 Micros on the evaluation; a funded 50K starts at 1 Mini / 10 Micros, moves to 2 Minis / 20 Micros from $1,500 of simulated profit and to 3 Minis / 30 Micros from $2,000. The homepage card lists $218 per month, shown as $109 with code 30M. The Reset on Evaluation is $104 and there is no activation fee (Activation Fee: None); the funded account is issued automatically by the start of the next trading session. Funded drawdown: $2,000 EOD, locks at $50,100. Payouts can be requested every 24 hours once all conditions are met: $500 minimum, $1,000 maximum per request, $2,500 buffer; 50% Daily Progression Rule from the second payout. The profit split is 90/10, and the path to live on Elite Daily takes 5 successful payouts.
What this means for you: On a 50K Elite Daily the $1,000 Daily Loss Limit pauses your day at half the $2,000 drawdown, so it takes two full-limit days to breach (ours); the limit can fill late, so use your own stops.
How the drawdown trails and locks
Elite Daily's Max Loss Limit is an End of Day trailing drawdown: it does not trail intraday, it updates after the session closes based on your end of day balance, and it locks at your starting balance + $100 (the overview lists the funded lock levels as $25,100, $50,100, $100,100 and $150,100). The help center's example: a $50K evaluation starts with a breach level of $48,000; after a day that closes at $52,000 the level is $50,000, and if any later day closes at or below $50,000 the account is breached. There are no warnings when the MLL is breached. Elite ACCESS works the same way on the evaluation and the funded account: intraday drops below the level do not count unless the day closes below it, and the level locks at $50,100 on a 50K. Elite ACCESS Intraday keeps that EOD drawdown on the evaluation (its evaluation article says a close at or below the level is a breach, where the regular Elite ACCESS article says below; it lists lock thresholds of $26,100, $52,100, $103,100 and $154,100), but its funded account uses a Trailing Intra-Day Drawdown that follows your highest equity, open trades included, tick by tick, and keeps trailing until your first payout request, when it locks at starting balance + $100. X-Ultra's drawdown is also EOD trailing and locks at starting balance + $100; the help article says the account fails if your balance drops below the MLL. The original Elite differs: its Max Trailing Drawdown is set from end-of-day balances, but you cannot drop below the threshold at any time intraday, so on a $50,000 account a balance below $48,000, even for a moment, is a breach. The general Lock Upon Payout article says that when you request a payout the maximum trailing drawdown locks at the starting balance plus $100; the Elite Daily payout article adds that the End of Day trailing drawdown remains active after a payout.
What this means for you: Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS only check the drawdown at the close; X-Ultra fails below the level, and the original Elite and the ACCESS Intraday funded account breach intraday.
Daily Loss Limit
Elite Daily: $500, $1,000, $1,250 and $1,850 by size, on the evaluation and the funded account, calculated from the previous trading day's closing balance; realized losses, unrealized or floating losses and commissions and fees count. A $25K account that closed the previous day at $26,000 hits the limit at $25,500. On the evaluation a violation pauses the account until the next trading day; on a funded account it is a soft breach: trading is paused for the remainder of the trading day and may resume the next trading day, provided the account has not violated the Max Trailing Drawdown. Elite ACCESS and Elite ACCESS Intraday have no Daily Loss Limit on the evaluation; funded accounts have $500, $1,000, $1,250 and $1,750 as a soft breach (paused for the rest of the day), calculated from your starting balance for the day; closed losses, open (floating) losses and commissions and fees count. X-Ultra's Daily Loss Limit ($1,000, $1,500, $2,000) is a hard breach: reaching it fails the account, on the evaluation and the funded account; it is calculated from your starting balance for the day and resets every trading day (6:00 PM ET). Top One Futures' example: a $100,000 account that starts the day at $102,000 fails if its balance including open positions and fees drops to $100,500. The original Elite has a daily drawdown of $625, $1,250, $2,500 and $3,750. Top One Futures warns that the DLL is a risk management tool, not a stop loss: it can execute late or early, fill at a different price or not trigger exactly, so place hard stop loss orders on your trades.
What this means for you: Daily Loss Limit is a pause on Elite Daily and funded Elite ACCESS, but a hard breach on X-Ultra; it is not a stop loss, so use your own stops.
Consistency rules
Elite Daily evaluation: no single trading day may account for more than 40% of your total profit at the moment the profit target is reached; it uses closed profits and is recalculated continuously. The help center's 50K examples: days of $2,000 and $1,000 reach the $3,000 target, but the largest day is 66%, so the account is not compliant yet; days of $1,200, $1,000 and $800 give 40% and pass. Exceeding the rule does not fail the account, you keep trading. Elite Daily funded accounts have no consistency rule. Elite ACCESS: no consistency rule on the evaluation; on funded accounts your largest winning day must not exceed 40% of total profits in the current payout cycle, checked when you request a payout and reset after each payout. X-Ultra: 50% on the evaluation (with a $2,500 best day a 50K needs at least $5,000 total profit to pass) and none on the funded account. Original Elite: none on the evaluation and 25% on Elite Sim Funded accounts, reset after each payout; for this calculation a trading day ends at 5:00pm ET.
What this means for you: Elite Daily evaluation: keep your best day at or below 40% of total profit; Elite ACCESS has no evaluation consistency but 40% per funded payout cycle.
Funded payouts
Elite Daily: payouts every 24 hours, provided all payout conditions are met; 90% trader and 10% firm; $500 minimum; maximum per request $750, $1,000, $1,500 and $2,250; a fixed buffer of $1,500, $2,500, $3,500 and $4,500 must stay in the account (minimum balance after payout $26,500, $52,500, $103,500 and $154,500). After your first payout at least 50% of every payout request must come from new profits generated since your previous payout, and eligibility for the next payout begins the following trading day. The same differences article sums up the first funded payout on Elite DAILY and Elite ACCESS as Reach Buffer + $500. Once an Elite Daily funded account is breached, profits remaining inside the buffer are not withdrawable. Elite ACCESS and Intraday: 5 profitable days before each payout, a day counting when it reaches $200, $250, $300 or $350 by size; a balance above the payout buffer + $500 (required profit $2,000, $2,500, $3,500 and $5,000); $500 minimum; maximum per payout $1,000, $1,500, $2,000 and $2,500; the 40% consistency rule; and the 50% progression rule from the second payout. X-Ultra: no payout buffer and no consistency rule; 7 profitable days of at least $250, $500 or $750 (4 with the 4-day payout add-on, bought for a fee with the account); $50 minimum; maximum $5,000, $7,000 and $9,000; at least 50% of each request must be new profit. Original Elite: a profit target per payout of 6% for the first, 5% for the second and 4% from the third on, 25% consistency, and a maximum per withdrawal of $1,500, $2,500, $3,000 and $3,500. All sim funded accounts use a 90/10 profit split. Payouts go through Rise (Riseworks.io), and a verified Rise account linked to your profile is required to request one.
What this means for you: Elite Daily pays every 24 hours above a fixed buffer; Elite ACCESS needs 5 profitable days and buffer + $500; X-Ultra has no buffer but needs 7 profitable days.
Contract scaling
Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS evaluations allow the full contract limit from day one: 1 Mini / 10 Micros (25K), 3 Minis / 30 Micros (50K), 5 Minis / 50 Micros (100K) and 7 Minis / 70 Micros (150K). Funded accounts scale with end-of-day simulated profit, updated once per day and applied the next trading day: a 50K starts at 1 mini, 2 minis from $1,500 and 3 minis from $2,000; a 100K starts at 2 minis, 3 from $1,500, 4 from $2,000 and 5 minis from $3,000; a 150K starts at 3 minis and reaches 7 minis from $4,500. The Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS tables differ in the 150K middle tiers: Elite Daily 4 minis from $1,500, 5 from $2,000 and 6 from $3,000; Elite ACCESS 4 minis from +$1,500, 5 from +$2,500 and 6 from +$3,500. X-Ultra evaluations allow 5, 10 and 15 minis; funded X-Ultra starts at 2, 4 and 6 minis (20, 40 and 60 micros) and scales to 4, 8 and 12 minis: 50K 3 minis from +$1,000 and 4 from +$2,000; 100K 6 minis from +$1,000 and 8 from +$2,000; 150K 8 minis from +$1,500, 10 from +$3,000 and 12 from +$4,500. The X-Ultra level is checked at the end of each trading day and can also go down, for example after a losing day or a payout. The original Elite has fixed limits with no scaling. Micro Bitcoin (MBT) has separate, lower limits. Exceeding your limit can get trades rejected, profits removed or a payout denied.
What this means for you: Evaluations give the full contract limit on day one; funded accounts restart at a lower size and scale with end-of-day profit.
News, trading hours and other rules
You can place trades between 6:00 PM ET and 4:10 PM ET the next day, Monday to Friday, with a daily break from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM ET; the final session closes at 4:00 PM ET on Friday and weekend trading is prohibited. All open trades are automatically closed by 4:10 PM ET, so there is no overnight holding. News trading is allowed, except that Elite Daily, Elite ACCESS and Elite ACCESS Intraday have a news rule: no trades 2 minutes before and 2 minutes after major high-impact news on funded accounts; no restrictions on the evaluation. Opening or closing a trade, placing pending, stop or limit orders and modifying a stop loss or take profit all count; a position opened before the window may be held through it. A violation can remove that trade's profits or deny the payout, but it is not automatically a hard breach unless abuse is detected. X-Ultra has no news rule. Rules on all accounts: trades must stay open longer than 10 seconds; at least one trade every 14 calendar days or the account is hard-breached for inactivity; no EAs, bots or automated trading; copy trading only between your own accounts of the exact same type and size; no hedging between accounts; residents and citizens of the restricted countries listed in the help center cannot use the service.
What this means for you: Be flat by 4:10 PM ET, avoid the 2-minute news window on funded Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS, and keep trades open longer than 10 seconds.
Bots and copy trading
Top One Futures' Prohibited Trading Practices article (dated 14 October 2026, read on 18 October 2026) says any automated trading system, script, bot, Expert Advisor (EA) or high-frequency execution tool is strictly forbidden; all trades must be entered manually or semi-manually by the trader. Its Can I Use EA's/Bots? article (dated 1 October 2026) says EAs and bots are not allowed on any account and lists account suspension or closure and loss of funding privileges as possible consequences. The Copy Trading Policy (dated 1 October 2026, read on 18 October 2026) allows copying only between accounts of the exact same type and exact same size (for example Elite ACCESS 50K to another Elite ACCESS 50K); manual mirroring and same-direction trades in correlated assets (such as NQ and MNQ) across mismatched accounts also count as copy trading. Copying another person's trades, coordinated trading with relatives or friends, and following signal services or shared trade alerts are prohibited. The Prohibited Trading Practices article adds that copying between your own accounts at different firms is not prohibited, as long as the trade decisions originate from your Top One Futures account.
What this means for you: No bots or EAs on Top One; copy only between your own accounts of the exact same type and size.
Pricing, resets, activation and account limits
Elite Daily evaluations are a monthly subscription that renews on the same date each month; the homepage list prices are $178, $218, $398 and $549 per month (the cards show 50% off with code 30M). A successful rebill resets a breached evaluation; the subscription ends automatically once you pass, and if you fail you must cancel it yourself. Elite Daily resets cost $84, $104, $194 and $270 on the evaluation and $299, $499, $849 and $1,250 on the funded account. Elite ACCESS costs a one-time $39 per evaluation; evaluation resets are $35 for every size, funded resets $299, $499, $849 and $1,349 (Intraday $149, $249, $449 and $649), and after passing you pay an activation fee of $139, $189, $259 or $359 (Intraday $69, $94, $129 or $179). X-Ultra is a one-time payment of $258, $378 or $518 on the launchpad cards (50% off with code LAUNCHPAD), resets cost $119, $179 and $249, and there is no activation fee. Original Elite: a $149 activation fee for every size, evaluation resets of $29, $39, $79 and $119, and Elite Sim Funded resets of $199, $299, $399 and $499; a breached Elite evaluation is paused until your anniversary billing date unless you buy a reset. A reset must be bought within 14 days of the breach, discounts and coupons do not apply to reset fees, and accounts that already received a payout cannot be reset. Activation fees are due within 14 days of passing. All purchases are non-refundable. Active funded accounts per household: Elite Daily 5, Elite ACCESS and Intraday combined 10, X-Ultra 3, Elite Sim Funded 5 (25K or 50K) or 3 (100K or 150K); promotions can raise these temporarily. Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS also cap evaluation purchases at 10 per rolling 30 days and resets at 12 per evaluation account in a 30-day window. Commissions are $5.76 round turn on ES and NQ and $1.90 on MES and MNQ.
What this means for you: Compare total cost: Elite Daily is monthly with no activation fee; Elite ACCESS is $39 plus an activation fee after you pass; coupons do not apply to Elite Daily or Elite ACCESS resets.
Path to live
After 3 successful payouts from one sim funded account a risk manager reviews it and either keeps you in sim or moves you to a live account, sometimes sooner; Elite Daily is the exception and requires 5 successful payouts. Most traders first trade a Pre-Live account with the same parameters as live, no consistency rule and no Daily Loss Limit, payouts every 24 hours with a $200 minimum, and an 80/20 profit split. Live accounts start at a $0 balance with an EOD drawdown of $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 or $4,000 by size, no payout caps, no consistency rule and no Daily Loss Limit, and you can scale to up to 5 live accounts; the split goes from 90/10 to 80/20. The help center lists max withdrawals of $2,000, $4,000, $8,000 and $12,000 as the milestones for the upgrade from Pre-Live to a fully live brokerage account. Live traders pay professional market data at $140/mo per exchange (CME, NYMEX, COMEX or CBOT). The live account takes 2 to 3 weeks to set up, other sim accounts are closed when you move, and a Pre-Live or Live breach brings a mandatory 3-week cooling-off period.
What this means for you: Elite Daily needs 5 successful payouts for the standard move to live, Elite ACCESS and X-Ultra 3; live accounts split 80/20.
Our arithmetic across sizes
These are TradeDesk HQ calculations from the Top One Futures figures above, not figures Top One Futures publishes. Profit target ÷ evaluation drawdown: Elite Daily 1.5 on 25K and 50K and 2.0 on 100K and 150K; Elite ACCESS 1.5, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.25; X-Ultra 1.0 at every size (the 8% target equals the evaluation drawdown). Under the Elite Daily 40% rule the largest day can be at most $600, $1,200, $2,400 or $3,600 if you stop exactly at the target (Top One's own example passes at exactly 40%); a bigger day does not fail you, it raises the total you need. Under X-Ultra's 50% rule the best day can be at most $2,000, $4,000 or $6,000 at the exact target. Elite Daily evaluation drawdown floors start at $24,000, $48,000, $97,000 and $145,500 and lock at starting balance + $100 once a day closes at $26,100, $52,100, $103,100 or $154,600; funded floors lock once a day closes at $26,100, $52,100, $102,600 or $153,600. Elite ACCESS evaluation floors start at $24,000, $48,000, $97,000 and $146,000. Because the Elite Daily Daily Loss Limit is smaller than the drawdown at every size, if the limit fills at its level, one day cannot use up the whole drawdown: from a fresh start it takes 2, 2, 3 and 3 full Daily Loss Limit days to breach the evaluation (a close at or below the level counts) and 2 full Daily Loss Limit days at every funded size. Elite ACCESS has no Daily Loss Limit on the evaluation, so nothing stops a losing streak inside one session; the drawdown is only judged at the close, which means the whole drawdown can go in one day. X-Ultra's Daily Loss Limit is a hard breach and is lower than its drawdown at every size, so on X-Ultra the Daily Loss Limit is what fails the account within one day. Elite Daily first funded payout: buffer + $500 means about $2,000, $3,000, $4,000 or $5,000 of profit before the $500 minimum, and buffer + the per-request maximum is $2,250, $3,500, $5,000 or $6,750 of profit before a full-size request. Elite ACCESS required profit is buffer + $500 at every size. Contract room in micros at 10 micros per mini: evaluation 10, 30, 50 and 70 micros on Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS; funded start 10, 10, 20 and 30 micros. The losing-trade ladder at the top of this page uses CME contract point values (MNQ $2, MES $5, NQ $20 and ES $50 per point), not Top One figures, and its TOO TIGHT, WORKABLE and COMFORTABLE tags are a TradeDesk HQ rule of thumb: the account fails within 5 losing trades, within 6 to 9, or not before trade 10.
What this means for you: These ratios show how much room each size leaves; our arithmetic, not Top One figures.

What is the difference between Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS?
Elite Daily is a monthly subscription with a Daily Loss Limit on the evaluation and funded account, a 40% consistency rule on the evaluation only, no activation fee and payouts every 24 hours. Elite ACCESS costs a one-time $39 with 30 days to pass and has no daily loss limit and no consistency rule on the evaluation; after passing you pay an activation fee ($189 on a 50K), and funded payouts need 5 profitable days, a balance above the buffer + $500 and the 40% consistency rule.
Does Top One Futures use an end-of-day or intraday drawdown?
Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS use an End of Day trailing drawdown: it updates after the session closes, a breach depends on the daily close (at or below the level on Elite Daily, below it on Elite ACCESS), and it locks at the starting balance + $100 ($50,100 on a 50K). Elite ACCESS Intraday switches to an intraday trailing drawdown on the funded account that follows your highest equity, open trades included. On the original Elite plan the level is set from end-of-day balances, but an intraday drop below it is already a breach.
How do payouts work on a Top One Futures Elite Daily funded account?
You can request a payout every 24 hours once all conditions are met. The minimum is $500, the maximum per request is $1,000 on a 50K, and a $2,500 buffer must stay in the account. From the second payout at least 50% of each request must be new profit since the previous payout. The profit split is 90/10, and 5 successful payouts are the standard step to a live account.
Can you trade news or hold positions overnight at Top One Futures?
News trading is allowed on evaluations and most funded accounts, but Elite Daily, Elite ACCESS and Elite ACCESS Intraday funded accounts may not execute trades 2 minutes before and 2 minutes after major high-impact news; X-Ultra has no news rule. Overnight holding is not allowed: all open trades are automatically closed by 4:10 PM ET.
